  1. CON in 1967...I mean just blow my brains out. This is never happening again minus a nuclear winter.
  2. I think we also rush the season more and more. So when we get a May of warmth we almost come to expect it. But look up some of those Mays and early Junes of the past and it looks drastically different from this year.
  3. Sorry not trying to get feisty. lol I think dews have been manageable...even with the warm days.
  4. CON was +3.0 for May. +4.0 on highs and +2.0 for lows. June had a cool first few days, but we've had warm days since.
  5. I've already had a 92F and I've only been above 93F once since moving here. Max temps have been warm too.
  6. It's like expecting peak winter cold on 12/14. Good luck with that.
  7. We've had a few hot days. Summer rarely has a grip this early.
  8. Hopefully we can get some heat in here soon.
  9. Earliest sunrise here is actually tomorrow.
  10. Too much harassment from weenie in Tolland?
  11. theta-e gradient basically runs from ERI to PHL.
  12. 0.27" I'm consistently getting less rain than you guys, yet the soil is plenty moist up here.
  13. Goofus flirting with frost for NNE this weekend.
  14. I like Dave. He seems like good people. We bust his balls a little, but that's what we do.
  15. I imagine them all gathering together this evening, looking out toward the western sky, as he informs them the sun is setting to the right about as far as it will go.
  16. Gotta turn the VT-EMA depression index back negative.
  17. I get a handful of days every spring where we hold the fog and overcast until 12-2pm and then we break out into sun and still end up realizing 80-90% of our potential high temp. However the tall trees to my west start shading my fruit trees around 2-3pm so they end up with a high of 80° and only an hour or two of direct sunlight. Also my soil tends to retain moisture so that reduces the temperature ranges of the subsurface.
  18. As he climbs in age he needs to increase the mileage to keep that beer belly down.
  19. My parents have one that lays eggs in their mulch every summer. At some point in August they all start hatching and walking over the yard and crossing the road. They collect them up and bring them out into the woods to the swamp. They usually have over a dozen hatch every season.
  20. I think he just got back from FL so he’s probably working this weekend.
