  1. This is like a winter weenie in Pensacola hoping to just see a flake fall through the deck light.
  2. It's tough to keep any heat sustained in NNE with those consistent cold anomalies in S QB. One moose fart and you flip the flow out of the north and start advecting in lower dews and then you guys get the clouds and upslope cooling on top of it. If we keep this up through the first 10-15 days of July it'll start to feel like the summers from our younger days.
  3. Cool start in the rad spots and dews won’t be too bad. It’ll just be damn hot during peak heating.
  4. Front moves through during the day. Fri night will be a miserable one after the hot day and dews continue to advect in.
  5. That was like 3 weeks ago here. We’re loaded this year, but it’s been slowing down the past few nights.
  6. What's your equipment down there? Is it shielded?
  7. Here’s the cam from the Canterbury RWIS at the rest area. It’s worse further south between 17-18, but you get the idea.
  8. We’ve had some qualifiers the past decade
  9. Don’t need a Dec 89 with the heating prices. Thanks.
  10. First catkins/flowers forming on any of my american chestnut trees.
  11. Holy shit 93 looks 100x worse today than Fri afternoon. It must be the caterpillars. The pines look bare too though. It's an eerie look for miles and miles. Thankfully nothing here yet.
  12. Anyone know when GYX is supposed to come back up? Looks like it's been down for over 2 days
  13. I knew they were coming back after I jinxed the Stros and Stanton hit one out. Looks like we should have some fun head to heads coming up in July. Both teams are on fire.
  14. MHT with a sneaky 94F. ORH 88F. KDEND 88.2F. KDIT 88.6F AWT
  15. Will the Yankees ever get another hit again?
  16. Tough to do when he goes to bed before you wake up.
  17. Not too bad yet, but I'm starting to see my topsoil drying. Up over 30cb now and the soil temps (4" and 8") are climbing over 70F for the first time since mid May.
  18. Front is getting a little brown. I'm not cutting here until we get some appreciable rain.
  19. That Maine zone originated in North Conway. That pocket of NH has had some problems for a few years now. We’ve been wet enough here that we’re apparently maintaining the fungus that keeps them at bay.
  20. And there’s nowhere in the world I’d rather be Than here in my room, dreaming about dews and heat
