  1. 9.2” Sun peeking through while it snows.
  2. 31.8° picking back up 9” on the nose
  3. 8” now. Steady rates. 31°
  4. The core from 630ish was 6.1”/0.62” so essentially 10:1.
  5. It’s snowing moderately here with good growth right now. HRRR has about another 1/2” of QPF after 7am so 10-12” looks good.
  6. ENX is Albany. We’re on the SW edge of GYX coverage so you’re not going to see what’s coming in from the west very well. Some of this is VT shenanigans, but it’ll improve.
  7. Look at ENX when you want to see what’s to our west
  8. Looks like a hair over 6” so far
  9. Here’s the current mix line aloft
  10. 57.6° with 38% inside? Are you installed?
  11. With wet ground/melting snow and variable mixing I wouldn’t stress too much over 2m temps and dews…think I’d be more worried about 925-950 Tw’s
  12. Par for the course with these thumps except sometimes on the leading edge or if it’s an exceptionally cold SWFE.
  13. Congrats Lincoln to Jackson. First time I’ve seen cars off the road all year. 3” at home
  14. Different folks different strokes I guess. I just expect big errors on ops past d5-6. I just look for some semblance of the storm. But sure, you could find a time frame in the extended where the GFS maybe looked a little closer. But at that range you’re not making a detailed forecast…..”rain/snow showers”. I want the better accuracy when you need the deets.
