So yeah, looks like this is going to happen to some extent as the mesos have caved. It’s a battle with QPF and temps, but there will probably be a lucky stripe in SE MA away from the water. I’d still be a little gun-shy down there for accums, but even if you half the goofus it’s still a few inches for some. It’ll be interesting to watch this play out.

I was mostly trolling the pope with the comment since he’s using a temp of 53° in NYC as validation for a 60° call up here tomorrow.

I mean I wouldn’t trust those solutions until it’s literally over my head and reaching the ground. But stranger things have happened so hopefully it works out down there even though the 18z euro backed off a bit.

They’re very safe here. Especially with climate change trending my climate more toward Tolland.

I just know the grass isn’t always greener on the other side. If I go south there’s excessive heat, nastier bugs and animals, and I’d probably hate the people more. So I just stay happily miserable where I’ve always called it home.

Maybe someday you’ll move to a place that gets damaging weather.
