  1. Line in VT looking good early for my latitude. 0.50"+ please.
  2. I got my first sting ever a few days ago and it was from a bumblebee. I was walking through the pawpaw patch and it got on my adidas sandal and my toe must've came down on it and it curled up and stung one of my toes. It swelled up a bit and turned purple, but otherwise just some pain and nbd. I was always worried about how I'd react with my first sting.
  3. Except for the mesolow it just nailed.
  4. GFS bringing the freeze to northern Maine.
  5. I thought the 00z EPS backed off quite a bit. It's a nice COC shot, but nothing like the models had 24hrs ago.
  6. Euro op really backed off on that cold shot. I'm feeling an early freeze this year. Those cold airmasses have held firm in Quebec most of the warm season and when the dam breaks I think we'll get a potent shot or two into late September...even if the month averages AN. Just my hunch.
  7. The dry stretch has been nice. Almost no skeeters or black flies up here for over a month.
  8. All parties have been warned and the next step is permanent banning. Whether it's ridiculing you or ridiculing 4" gauges.
  9. I mean, if you're a serious, serious weather observer you upgrade from the 4" gauge and go with the standard 8" NWS gauge. That'll cost you a few Benjamins unless @OceanStWx decides to hook you up. http://cocorahs.blogspot.com/2019/09/the-8-inch-standard-rain-gauge.html
  10. That's the Stratus gauge. https://www.rainmanweather.com/RG202-Long-Term-Professional-Rain-and-Snow-Gauge
  11. You've been preaching the official stratus cocorahs one for how many posts now and now you're including all 4" gauges?
  12. Jul 95 because I had no AC and just sweat my ass off all night.
  13. The clear 4" gauge is the Stratus gauge.
  14. To be fair we have some long range guys that don't even seem to care about current weather or even the short term forecast...like those energy guys. Bigger pants tents from euro seasonals than a snowstorm in the backyard.
  15. That's like Julia Child cooking with an air fryer.
