Pretty impressive wedge…getting the snow crystal development below the inversion, but no lift to grow the crystals beyond the grain stage.

That’s got to be low level snow aided by salt nuclei and the CF. The mid level warmth is way north of you.

Yeah some areas of good lift coming in. Could be some chunks of mangled snow mixed in with the sleet.

That’s probably a sign ZR is mixing in.

Those in the low 20s are likely still mostly/all sleet. Those climbing into the upper 20s have a little latent heat added at the surface. So a lot of times you can guesstimate the PL/ZR line where you see that low 20s/upper 20s gradient.
