Lows dews too. So the flakes keep a little cooler wetbulbed environment around them. You see it more often out west in the spring.

Well it snowed. Will measure in a bit, but looks like an inch or less. 22.9°

Exposed areas are frozen, but under the deep pack it’s not that bad. My 4” and 8” depths are 32° each.
