    Could be near 60° Mon/Tue. Then maybe warmer over the weekend. It’s not 2012, but it’s pretty nice for early March.

    It’s pretty warm overall. Maybe Wed-Thurs is a mild down, but it’s still the first half of March.

    For the american chestnut weenies…. There are pure seedlings available from TreePro in IN. I *think* I know of their seed supplier and if I’m correct he’s legit. I ordered 4 more seedlings today. It’s rare to find pure seedlings/seeds available without being on waiting lists. They will eventually die, but if you get a few there’s a chance you could get nuts from them one day.     37.9° off of a high of 49.9° Pack is down to 13” from 16” 24hrs ago. At least the driveway is finally clear minus a few patches of ice.

    Clouded up, went calm, and dropped back into the low 40s.

    I gusted to 11mph last night. It was wild.

    Definitely go at night. It’s more fun with the lights. It was cold when we went Mar 2014…below 0°.

    By the weekend? Probably. I see they’re in Woodstock now and that place is like the last to mix out up there. But I have no idea how often they freshen them up when it goes below freezing. I haven’t seen them in a decade since they were at Loon.
