  1. Probably the Feb 2010 event. Isles of Shoals into S NH had damaging gusts.
  2. Here are the mins. Those who clouded over before 2am may not have their coolest temp represented (see PF and MVL)
  3. Under surface make your own the plotting page is there. Then I just use 6hr range of min or max temps. But you need to make sure your plot time aligns with when they report…00,06,12,18z. edit…looks like the maps aren’t generating properly right now
  4. We done. Everything has already gone dormant. My potted figs and mulberries already dropped leaves the past few days. I brought the hanging petunias in last night. The banana in the run will be done. The large leaves were all iced up. But yeah, I don’t think I ever said this was a major killing morning? I brought the avocados in, but they probably would’ve been okay. It was more the point about how we define the growing season. Technically, we done.
  5. What'd you have in 2005? 2014 was a great one up here. No power for 2 days.
  6. I don’t think it’s really a cold fail? Possibly just delayed for a day or two…maybe not at all. Details aside, it’s still a similar look with the cold spilling into the Plains and eventually getting advected into the region around the flip of the month.
  7. 46° with a few breaks this morning. Finished with 1.55”.
  8. Euro op is still delaying the cold and would probably hold off my first freeze until 11/1. That would be another toasty day pre-Halloween in SNE. It’s still way out there, but a low forming around the continental divide there and moving up into Minny/northern Lakes wouldn’t be shocking and would set us up into another couple of days of SW flow.
  9. GFS has a little inversion there at 925. There will probably be some low to mid 70s mid to late week, but I’ll take the under on 80s.
  10. Yeah, the growing season will be coming to an end here about a week from now even if the airmass moderates quite a bit.
  11. The showers haven’t looked impressive here on radar, but man they have been brief soakers. Looks like the bodies are half submerged under 2.20” in S VT so far.
  12. That min was really anomalous like 1967. Needed that deep pack to pull that off.
  13. Novie 1879 was fun in CON…even with some rounded yore values. Around a foot on 11/3. 23” for the month and 4 events of 3”+
  14. Lots of extra heat released by trick or treaters torching the BL?
  15. To be fair that all falls on 11/1 so it’s back on
  16. I see we’re starting clown season before we even hit freezing.
  17. Yeah looks like sensor issues based on the coop forms.
