  1. So far clouds have been clearing as they push east into NJ.
  2. Not able to post it due to the caching issue (it would show yesterdays image loop) but plenty of clouds may threaten this mostly sunny forecast looming in PA. Saved image
  3. About 26 days away and tracking should begin soon enough. Latest GFS and ECM showing some elevated heights into the east to open July. Thinking, similar to last year and 17 we are on our way to open July with a warming pattern shift.
  4. Lets see if this translates to SE ridging on subsequent guidance runs.
  5. The area has been a cloud magnet for sure and it looks like clouds will throw a wrench in chance at 90 or widespread 90s sun - tues next week.
  6. The heaviest rain looks to be out of the area in the next hour
  7. Been a lingering glitch on the site for a year or so now. Until a new thread is started. Another source
  8. Clearing line approaching (hope this isnt a cahed image)

  10. 90's is so 2010's - lets go for 100's 1966 style .
  11. California-like day out there today. This will make 3 great weekends in a row overall since the Motherss day awfulness . Guidance continues to keep summer / heat at bay but i still think once past fathers day we warm things up and EWR / LGA even NYC will grab 90's before July in the last 10 days of June.
  12. 8 years ago 2011 temps hit 100 in the area a 3 day precursor to the July frunace.
  13. Through the first week and despite a lack of heat, overall warm in the area. These will likely be eroded 6/9 - 6/15 Dep thru 6/7 NYC: +1.9 EWR: +2.2 LGA: +2.5 JFK: +1.6 ISP: +2.5 TTN: +1.6 PHL: +2.3
  14. Some high clouds fog burn off but shaping up to be the nicest day for a while / till next weekend maybe (not sure why its showing yesterdays loop)
  15. Good stats blue and thanks for sharing. I am thinking newark is in the 29-31 (90 degree days) overall/ Lets see if we can heat things up after fathrs day around jun 19.
  16. Saw that in 2013. Does look heatless (90-less) through fathers day. Period to watch would be 6/18 and beyond do see 850's building into the Lakes/Ohio valley on guidance that period.
  17. 18. Up to 78 here but about an hour or so from mainly cloudy conditions. SO should just break 80. Guidance was not enthused on any type of heat through around fathers day. Still believe some sneaky heat can encroach the area on/around Jun 9 but will need t watch. Beyond there current pattern could shift to a hot one towards late Jun and into July.
  19. Feeling once beyond this period and on/around Jun 8/9 we may see more ridging into the northeast. Perhaps the next and for most first chance at 90s. We'll see if troughing wants to linger near the northeast.
  20. Up to a very nice 82 today. Its nice having a full day of sun again.
  21. Just south and west of the front ABE: + 4.7 TTN: +1.6 PHL: +2.4 ACY: +3.1 DOV: +5.4 BWI: + 5.1 DCA: +5.0
  22. Hit 77 here today limited sun. Wrong side of the front if you preferred warmer/drier weather these past few days. Looks like troughiness into the east (overall) the next week. Well see if ridging and the next shot at warmth materializes on/around Jun 8ish.
