  1. We had some earlier. Despite the sunshine.
  2. Stayed in the clouds here. 18F for the low. That’s the highest in a bit
  3. GFS would be 3-6” here. Selling that for now
  4. I would lean into this as a possible outcome.
  5. It was actually kind of a dull storm.
  6. I see my 29.5 report. Some friends here in town claimed 36”.
  7. https://www.americanwx.com/bb/topic/61129-2024-2025-new-england-snow/
  8. Not nearly as cold in MBY as the previous few days... 6F for the low. Still chilly, but no big deal
  9. I’m talking about the past few weeks. It has been better on the hill. The previous la 2 winters had been a suckfest of warm and damp. Drizzle. Slush. Yuck.
  10. Cold and dry for me. Skiing is much better in these conditions (albeit this is pretty darned cold)
  11. The GFS had something around Feb 1 on its 06z run... lets see if that holds (ha!)
  12. Wachusett has been able to keep open every trail but 1 (Roper's Road) thanks to the temps. The 1 closed one requires around a foot of natural... ain't happening Francis
  13. Maybe we can get a surprise little critter... but the pattern doesn't really favor it right now
  14. I was at Ski Club last night and was talking with my co-worker who runs the other middle school ski club in town. We were talking about how at least this year the kids haven't had to deal with warm temps/drizzle. The skiing has been great
  15. I still had a crusty semi-"pack" before Sunday's snow. But it is really low density stuff now and will vaporize quickly
  16. -14.4F here. One of the coldest I have ever had.
  17. A few years ago my wife saw -20F on her car thermo going through Templeton.
  18. Was just showing students some livecams from Louisianna unreal
  19. It was -2.3F at my house when I left. A balmy 4F here at work in Leominster. Meh...
  20. I got an Ego 24" dual stage model ($1300? at Lowes). Driveway is 100' long or so...It gets wide near my garage, Used up 60% of the twin batteries doing it and my walkway. I would guess a bigger/heavier storm would drain them completely but I have additional batteries. It sadly hasn't been really tested yet. All of my events have been powdery If I could afford it, I would have gotten the next model up which has steering more like my old gas powered one. The 28" model might also be good, but that one is $$$
