Back in 1992-1993 was a real drought. Liberty Reservoir in Baltimore county was at like 20% capacity. Right now it is still at 90% capacity.

Looks like it could just not overcome the dry area. Also it looks like the precipitation field did not push as far northwest as they thought

If you look at the models... It is supposed to fill in this evening and especially tomorrow morning around dawn. This was a I-81 East storm anyways.
