    Learn about what? I mean it is not like it is going to be 25 degrees with Freezing Rain. It is going to be 31-32 degrees when the Wet bulb is reached. It could be above freezing before the QPF even starts. I do not expect a huge impact on the roads.

    So I beat the Wizards up so much... they actually have a win streak to spite me.

    I hate to say it... but with a 2:1 ratio of Sleet to rain... there is no way it will be that much with the available QPF for this storm. If we can even call it that. Baltimore City would need .75 inches of QPF just to get that amount of sleet.

    Yep. I started a new job in DC. I drove down on Sunday evening and everything was a mess. 295 had stuck cars everywhere. The Fed government closed on my first day...lol
