After 4" of rain, complete and utter pollen devastation resumes. Washed all of the decks this weekend. Just went out to my car and it's completely yellow. Week 3 of suffering. Never remember more than a week of this.
Is it me or does pine pollen last longer than normal. Since we've been in our house we used to have a 3-5 day pine pollen season. Now it's 1-2 weeks. Sheets and sheets every day for weeks on end. Is there scientifically any variability in this?
I’ve been to Iceland multiples times for work. Hakarl is a tourist trap item. None of the locals eat it. Try some whale sashimi. Fish Market restaurant in downtown rykavick is awesome

I have 9,567 flowers on my property. Plenty of options for pollinators. I don't want violets in my grass. I've never even seen a bee in the violets. I swarm my butterfly bushes.
I'm also in the seafood business. I had a home delivery service for 5 months. We were expanding and then two things happened. Suburban house wives went back to the supermarket. 24 other people decided to get into the fresh food delivery service.
The "science is real" sign people have completely ignored the changing science and are now anti science zealots . There is no science to back up wearing masks outdoors.
Bizarro world
Having my yearly battle with violets. I've yet to find something that kills them. If you don't keep on top of them they're a nightmare.
Edit went to lawnsite.com and found a few herbacides but they can't be shipped to Massachusetts.
At this point masks are a social commentary on society. We've gone well past any scientific merit.
Youth lacrosse outdoor mask count last night. Coaches 0. Kids 25% Parents 25% .
Parents driving around town with masks on alone in their cars: shockingly high.
I find the whole thing fascinating.
