Up here on the Maine coast it wasn't as bad as the last one, but there are 75,000 CMP customers without power. The outages are distributed more throughout the state rather than focusing on the coastal communities like the last one.
You're area always seems to have long outages
I'm house-sitting in Scarborough near Higgins Beach for a couple months. According to CMP it's back online now, but nearly 90,000 still are not
In the coastal counties up here, 30-50% of the customers are without power, and if you were to include only those within 20 miles of the water that percentage would skyrocket. A BD around here
All sorts of debris including whole trees down in the Portland area. 153,000 CMP customers (including both of my houses) are in the dark. I had a window screen ripped off and one of my patio chairs flipped
Ha! Well, I wasn't after it right at this moment because this was shortly after sunrise and the train doesn't pass by this spot until nearly 1:00. However, I did stick around until it came through. The weather got noticeably shittier!
