  1. Up here on the Maine coast it wasn't as bad as the last one, but there are 75,000 CMP customers without power. The outages are distributed more throughout the state rather than focusing on the coastal communities like the last one.
  2. Nice, Alex! I was at the same spot earlier today
  3. You're area always seems to have long outages I'm house-sitting in Scarborough near Higgins Beach for a couple months. According to CMP it's back online now, but nearly 90,000 still are not
  4. We had power come back on around noon yesterday, and a bit after 10pm it went out again. 113,000 CMP customers still without power.
  5. CMP gave me an estimate of January 1, 2068 for power restoration
  6. In the coastal counties up here, 30-50% of the customers are without power, and if you were to include only those within 20 miles of the water that percentage would skyrocket. A BD around here
  7. All sorts of debris including whole trees down in the Portland area. 153,000 CMP customers (including both of my houses) are in the dark. I had a window screen ripped off and one of my patio chairs flipped
  8. I'm prob gonna head to Cape Elizabeth at sunrise and hopefully see a 50 mph gust. Mostly hoping for rippin' seas
  9. Won't be much left to speak of in these parts after tomorrow
  10. A photographer friend, Nathaniel Child, snapped this of a rock climber at Acadia's Otter Cliff. Rogue wave.
  11. Ha! Well, I wasn't after it right at this moment because this was shortly after sunrise and the train doesn't pass by this spot until nearly 1:00. However, I did stick around until it came through. The weather got noticeably shittier!
  12. Was up in your neck of the woods for sunrise today @alex. Not quite peak in the Notch but def is above it.
  13. I can't wait for the excitement of clouds and 47F
  14. The usual suspects will then be touting 65F days as an unrelenting torch.
