We went to the Smoky Mountains for a week a few years back, took the golf clubs, lot of nice courses where we stayed. It rained 6 of the 7 days, never took the clubs out of the van, still had a good time.
Off year for him. He was on Man vs Food and ate a two foot grinder in under 10 minutes, he just pushed it done his throat, not even sure he chews much.
I got hit last night too, it was raining most of the night, I was up most of the night with a sick dog who kept wanting to go out, once morning came the sun came out.
We usually go up for the 4th and stay with my sister but we passed this year. We'll go up in a week or two and try and plan it when the weathers better.
For some reason every time I see a snake in my yard is a red ringneck, had a baby one in the garage so I'm sure there's more somewhere. He's just lying in my hot driveway now, but his siblings and mother must be around somewhere.

I remember one year back in the 90s the upper Midwest was getting slammed with blizzard, cows were dying, barns were buried with 20-foot drifts. I thought they had 6-7 feet of snow; total was 3 feet, and the winds caused all the problems.
I go down to my brothers on these hot humid days and sweats pouring down my face and he won't install. He finally gave in today. Takes 5 minutes, not sure what the big deal is.
