    Those guys borrowed ten million to build that facility and paid it off in two years, brilliant business model. I know the banker who handled the loan with these guys. A few more years and these guys can buy an island and retire. All starting in a little building in Monson, MA.

    I'll mention it to her, she did have a couple guys come look at it and recommended a drain with a sump pump, but I'll let her know, thanks.

    My sister has lived in her house in York for 20 years, this is the first year she's been getting water in her basement from groundwater seeping in, she's having a sump pump installed although a year like this may never happen again. She had her basement flood twice later in the summer/fall and today.

    Got 3 and half weeks to build it up.

    If I had only 6 inches I was going to let it melt tomorrow but I had a touch over 10, plus I wanted to finally give my new snow blower a try.

    What's the pack like right now in your area? I'm going up Feb 2nd for the weekend. Looking at models should be a nice pack by then.

    Had snow covered the ground and made roads slippery, switched to a mix and is pouring now.

    WE had to at the elementary school I went to back in the 60's, we used to throw rubber balls and branches to Knock them down, they were like a prize back then if you got a couple, we'd put them on our desk.

    Hopefully there's a nice pack by Feb 3rd, going up to snowmobile for a weekend. Last time I went the pack was thin but enough.

    I remember both of those well, the second one was much worse in my area than the first one. I was 7, my mother wouldn't let me go outside during that storm.
