Those guys borrowed ten million to build that facility and paid it off in two years, brilliant business model. I know the banker who handled the loan with these guys. A few more years and these guys can buy an island and retire. All starting in a little building in Monson, MA.
My sister has lived in her house in York for 20 years, this is the first year she's been getting water in her basement from groundwater seeping in, she's having a sump pump installed although a year like this may never happen again. She had her basement flood twice later in the summer/fall and today.
WE had to at the elementary school I went to back in the 60's, we used to throw rubber balls and branches to Knock them down, they were like a prize back then if you got a couple, we'd put them on our desk.
