    I just read yes on the internet too, my sister up in Maine had a good look last night. Tonight's is supposed to be visible down to Alabama.

    We did here too and I'm right on the Woodstock border. I told the guys in the golf league not to go out, they didn't listen and got soaked after 2-3 holes.

    Had a New Haven style at a pub near me last week, it was good.

    Been there, I forgot what hole at Hampden CC but it's around 600 yards, slight dogleg right, I would need three solid shots to be near the green and I didn't, don't remember the score but it wasn't good.

    Mt course is about the same, but I don't get out enough to warrant the price. I get an associate membership which allows me to play in all course tournaments and sweeps and you get a cut rate when you play a round.

    Must have had some good wind here, driving to the course in Charlton the roads were littered with stuff, boxes and trash.

    I was in Springfield and East Longmeadow, everyone has already cut their lawn once and the lawns looked great. I guess they're a week or two ahead of my area.

    Me and my sisters are looking i to getting a condo in Florida, I'd like to be here for storms but it's also nice to be sitting outside with a drink while its 70 in winter.

    I went to a hockey game at the old Garden and saw a rat so big in the parking lot I thought it was a dog.

    I got swarmed by mayflies this afternoon. They're out early this year.

    You're a mensch, I love dogs too but only have one at the moment, a senior dog who doesn't get around like she used too. Put her on arthritic chews.

    I hit 70, back to 69, saw a lot of golfers in my travails today, beautiful golf day.

    Can't believe there's that much ice on the pond.

    Nothing in my yard either but I saw a ton in CT and remarked to my wife how bright they were.
