    I remember it too but I was lucky and didn't have to go out on appts that day, so I watched it from the comfort of my warm office with a wood stove cranking.

    Yeah, 92-93 and 93-94 were both great, 94-95 sucked big time but a great rebound for 95-96 was the best.

    Must have been 93, 94 was terrible, one storm all year.

    I remember that night -14 in Springfield then we got a warm up right after.

    Same thing here this morning, went from the 30s to high 50s in no time.

    Best firewood we can get around here, I like Beech too but that's even harder to get.

    I didn't touch the few inches we had the other day; it was icy for a couple days but now down to asphalt. Would love to fire the snowblower up soon though.

    At least looks cold, maybe something will pop up at the last minute, lots of time left for things to change.

    I just drove an hour and a half in rain in the dark, not a fun ride, maybe need those night time glasses.

    Hope its not like last year when we said the same thing but come January we never got together in Worcester.

    First time I experienced it was surreal, snowing 3-4 inches an hour and the sky lit up blue then the lights went out.
