    Not April yet but was a miserable day, and on a Monday, 39 degrees with steady rain, doesn't get much worse.

    I don't mind November most years, cool weather, now and then a little snow, looking forward to winter, April is mud and bouts of cold shots with nice warm days mixed in.

    That happened on my street one hot summer day, it was in the 90s and humid and I heard the pop, 5 of us lost power but they fixed it by nighttime so I could sleep with AC.

    You got to witness it? Did you take pics? My friend's wife saw it close up and it scared the bejesus out of her.

    I have cats that take care of that for me, they drop them on the porch all the time, occasionally a chipmunk or rabbit also.

    I'm 48, places in Southern NH are mid 50s.

    When we were kids me and two friends were walking on a brook that fed into the pond, one guy fell through up to his neck and it was one of those single digit high days. By the time we got him home he was covered in ice.
