That's what I thought but still better than where I am. If I move north it's going to be in a good snow spot. My wife's leaning toward Maine so I'm scoping out places not too far from the coast and not too far north. Again, anyplace there is better than here.
I had a GM pickup I bought in 86, sold it to my friend with over 100k miles, he drove it for another 100k before getting a new truck. Never did anything other than brakes, battery and tires, basic maintenance. That said, I love my Toyota's.
I had a rotten tree leaning towards my house, my BIL partially cut it then hooked up a chain to it and yanked it down in the opposite direction. It knocked off a couple shrubs but better the shrubs than the house.
It depends on where you were located, with the banding it mixed and got windy and caused some damage if you were not in the banding it was a nothingburger. I was not in the banding so I'm not complaining.
I bought one after the halloween snow storm, went without power for 6 days and it was down in the 20;s every night. Melted snow near my woodstove to flush the toilet. I m prepared if we ever lose it again.
