    I have a bout the same size pack before this storm, only now its waterlogged and going to turn to ice.

    I've been dropping about a degree every 45 minutes but haven't hit 32 yet, now at 34.

    I gained about an inch of slush, cleaned up before it freezes tonight and my yard turns into a skating rink.

    We went there in the Spring when temps were in the 40's, good food there.

    That's what they did to my hostas last year, some years they eat about half but last year they ate them right to the ground and left little stubs.

    They love leaves from my Dogwood trees but never eat enough to hurt the trees. I can watch them through my sliders and they're only 10 feet away, if I don't move they keep on eating.

    I've done a lot of work in Belchertown and there's some real high spots, over 1000 I think in some areas.

    I've had some recover and some don't. They ate both our hostas last year and one came back and the other hasn't.

    It has me at 1-2 inches that's what I have now so we'll see how it performs.

    What's your elevation in Belchertown?

    2 here and probably the low, got down to 2 last night too. I don't get below zero too often here, place I lived in the nearly 90's use to radiate well and hit -20 twice.
