    I get you guys didn't get as much but over here we're almost average snowfall and it's been cold and I think we're slightly below average temp wise so I give it a C here.

    I gassed up in the middle of the week at $3.59 for reg, went by last night its up to $4.39, this is just 3 days later.

    If only I saved my baseball cards, my friend/neighbor did and sold them for 5k, a few years later he could have had triple that but he did better than me. I don't give until April 2nd, my birthday, we all know what happened on April 1st, even then the suns so warm you can only enjoy it for a day.

    I think it missed where you are or were before you moved, if this is the one I'm thinking of Dick Albert predicted 15-20 with blizzard condition for most of Mass, Natalie asked him if it could slide out to sea and he said NO. It ended up further south and East and mainly got the cape and there was a sharp cutoff, I don't remember where the cutoff ended up but it was mainly a Cape storm.

    Yes I've seen the Elm, they are beautiful and they throw some serious heat. You'll have to take some pics when you get it installed.

    Not only that the seller gets paid for the oil in the tank, it's figured at closing.

    That's why I got a wood stove, remember a few years back prices were high? I think higher than now. I use one 275 gallon tank of oil a year for my hot water and supplementary heat and 4 cords a year I try and cut most of it myself and whatever I'm short I get from my BIL at a cheap price. House is mid 70's all winter.

    I used to work at an appraisal company, worked at quite a few over the years but this one particular guy always had to have meetings, all the meetings were a waste of time and a loss of about an hour out of my day, after a couple I stopped attending, pissed him off but I wanted to work and make money and not listen to that narcissist act like he was an important man.

    That's awesome to watch Ginxy, I just got my dog that year so she was a pup and loved to run on top of the snow like yours were, mine used to jump over the snow blown path to the other side.

    Not yet, some cold still around for a while on and off, suns really warm though, I'm at 38 and it feels like 50 in the sun.

    That's all my wife does too, some weeks maybe two days.
