  1. lol Alta expecting ~24" over next couple days. 71" already on season and they haven't even opened up for winter operations.

  5. Have those. Have Black, white and red oaks as well. I can say looking out my widows that the oaks have dropped ~20% of their leaves. Was barely any drop a week ago and the change this week has been dramatic. My damn bradford pear is still hanging tough.

  10. It is. Houses have to be built nowadays to be virtually airtight and they have a "whole-house" ventilation setup that exchanges the outside air with the inside. It's part of the IECC.
