  1. Supercell! designed a home about 200yds from this last confirmed tornado. Survived just fine, debris all over. Contractor was actually onsite and had to seek shelter in crawl space.
  2. Man up and go Rambo on them. Nothing worse then cutting the lawn and disturbing one of their nests. I was easily stung a half dozen times before I realized what I had done.
  3. I unloaded a couple cans of wasp killer into the one I had.
  4. Carbon copy of yesterday. Sitting around 90F with 70F dew.
  5. Yup. Those underground nests can grow to thousands of YJ. See if you can get the nest at dusk or dawn when the majority of them are in the nest.
  6. Looks like a Bayberry or Laurel type shrub. Do you have pictures of any blooms or berries on it?
  7. Azalea that I have is not a fan of full sun. Likes it sunny in AM and shady in PM
  8. If all that white stuff it hail, I'm shocked. That's feet upon feet in the streets, and on all the mountains.

  13. Central Air. When we built our house initially, we had the entire house roughed in for AC to make future install easier and non-invasive.

  15. Install complete. No more spring install and fall uninstall. Thanks to @butterfish55 for doing the electrical work.
  16. I typically get a bunch of these every year. They vary ins size from dime sized to half dollar size.
