  1. One of my winter peeves. I’d love to throttle all those who are lazy and not clean off their entire vehicles. MA has a law for it with fines.
  2. Majority of posts were in main storm thread so I merged them.
  3. I've gotten used to it. I have need for snow at this point but I can't control that.
  4. Definitely not down here but further N you have greater margin on average temps below freezing.
  5. 46F. The beat goes on as far as+ departures go. Coming up on 2 weeks now of + with only 1 day in there below. Only 7 days below normal since Jan 1st. And tack on anther 10 days to end December above normal. So over a 45 day span, 1/2 of Winter, only 16% of that days have averaged below normal.
  6. Guess I’ve never had to deal with car warranties. I’ve always had new ones that have the warranty. I’ve been getting the prepaid maintenance plans though with the miles I drive. They end up being cheaper up front and not having to think about coming up with $100-300 every other month to cover maintenance is peace of mind. I just got a new 2019 CX-5 and for 75k mi the plan was like $1800 spread out over 36mo.
  7. Same here. Never owned a truck personally nor growing up a kid. No need for one. You drive like me. I put 20-25kmi a year on my vehicle as does my wife.
  8. I don’t remember any of them. Was all a blur to be quite honest. Tiring digging out what felt like every other day for 2 months.
  9. We have someone down the street from us that has one as well. Kinda gross seeing the plumes of smoke coming from it. Don’t recall seeing any AQA for this area this time of year.
  10. Doesn't appear as though people will be able to pond skate around these parts this year.
  11. 9F has been my low on season back on December 8th. Am at that now. Also one day of 10F as well. Pretty meh on the cold for a radiator.
  12. 47F today. Another torcher. Winds be cranking too. Close to 40mph.
  13. OK, so if it;s a siting issue, how to you resolve that? It's not like relocating is easy or there is any guarantee the new location would change anything..
