  2. This dethatcher/scarifier is gold. Worked like a charm this AM. Did 3 passes over front lawn. Will wrap up tomorrow dropping seed, soil amendments, and starter fertilizer.
  3. And these are the reasons we are extremely careful when designing basement spaces. I hate having Bedrooms in below grade Basements even if proper egress is met. Just scary shit.
  4. Jay find his way to location today? Mysteriously disappeared.
  5. Good question. And was Jay down the Cape for this event? Would have been a better show than Henri.
  6. NWS doing survey in Dennis. https://www.wcvb.com/article/weather-service-to-determine-if-tornado-touched-down-in-dennis/37463728
  7. Probably won't be/go any higher than it is.
  8. Depends upon your soils and geography. Could be days to weeks or even months. Pretty common to see mounded septic systems these days due to watertable being high. if they're doing the mounded system, you should be all set, since they're likely brining in all the material needed to make the mound.
  9. Good luck getting a perc test done with all this water
  10. This is the time of year to dethatch and core aerate you lawn. Also a good time to hit it with some fertilizer if growth has slowed with any summer heat. With these cooler days/nights it'll promote growth and green it back up.
  11. Perhaps but still a shit ton of water. I got almost an inch more than TAN just a mile away,
  12. I'll drain later today. Obviously it won't go any higher than the skimmer, so it's been poring out since that time This will be I think the 6th time since June that I've had to drain off water.
  13. Yep, Rare 4mo span we're having. 26" since June 1st.
  14. Just under 42" on my Davis since I got it up and running in late January. This long weekend may be a good time to see if I can get the hole dug and post placed for more permanent setup.
  15. Kind of ironic than there was far more media hype ahead of Henri around here (SNE) than there was for this.
  16. This was 100x more interesting than Henri.
