  1. That looks closer to @butterfish55 's location. TBlizz is N of 495 by about a 1/2 mile.
  2. 68/65 on my Davis I just got my siting pole set up, I will be mounting the ISS to it tomorrow. Anemometer siting will have to wait until contractor is done in the area where I want to mount.
  3. Yeah, Milky Spore can be great but takes a few years to establish and you need a Japanese beetle infestation to make it work since that's how it spreads. Soil temps that far N can also be problematic and may make it take longer to establish and that's assuming you have a Japanese Beetle infestation. There are other beetles that can do the same damage to a lawn.
  4. I knew today would weaken. Stuff off S RI cost has promise. And yes, guidance has been all over the place so expect nada and anything else is gravy.
  5. If that's what it is, you gots fungus amongus. A fungicide should help but the best way to manage it is to grow it out.
  6. 75/70 at home and TAN See if we can score some rain this afternoon.
  7. We ordered ours 1st week of May, and it's scheduled to be delivered mid-October. 5 months lead time.
  8. One of our Developers has a new development that they had about 25-30 Units virtually completed and they were sitting on their asses waiting for Gas/Sewer/Electric tie-ins to the City. Waited over a year, They must have had about $40-50million outlaid that they could not recoup until those were installed and they could close on the Units. That's a lot money to have having over your head. Buyers weren't too pleased as well as the Closing dates they were given at P&S went bye-bye.
  9. Construction materials are getting bad. Garage doors are 12-16wks or more. Custom windows are taking 1/2 a year. Roof Trusses are the same. Kitchens 12-16wks. Utility tie-ins to existing infrastructure are taking up to a year. Our Contractors are out of their minds, because people are still buying new units in droves but closings are getting pushed off for months and months.
  10. Yeah, drive by any dealership right now and the lots are virtually empty.
  11. Agree. I'd like for my new grass to have as much time as possible to establish.
