South of Fredericksburg is really going to get pasted. You can see where that deathband has set up. But what the models don't realize is the infamous HoCo/MoCo deathband. They are gonna get 11 inches too.

I remember that morning. Got up. Clear fooking BLUE SKY. Not even a consolational cloud. Not even a damn cirrus wisp. I was so damn depressed. Had to go to damn work after all. Clear blue sky. I NEVER HATED the SNE/NE Region as much as I did that day. They stole our snow. That was OUR storm! We were supposed to get 24 inches! I craved a jebwalk so bad! I wanted to dig snow, go wallow in it at 3am. Fvck.

I used to live there, and I tracked the models to death. But you guys gotta realize, you are gonna get the storm. Sleep tonight. You want to be able to stay awake all tomorrow and tomorrow night into early Weds. After that its all a moot point, for reasons I really don't need to elaborate on. Sleep tonight, then get up 10am tomorrow all rip ready for very heavy snows tomorrow night, jebwalk in it til your legs fall off and dig snow til your arms fall off. I've gotten so obsessed with an incoming snow, I've stayed up all night tracking a storm about 21 hours away, then stayed up the next day, saw the snow start then drank coffee, then finally fell asleep, exhausted, only to wake hours later as the snow was tapering off, angry and disgruntled as fook. You live in the Mid Atlantic. This is not like Mammoth Lakes. I treated each snow system like I had terminal Stage 4 cancer and lived to savor every last flake. You can miss a storm on Palisades, no biggie, they get 400-600 inches in one season. But not in Virginia/Maryland/Delaware.

Tue night, best chances for spectacular jebwalk conditions. I don't have to tell y'all about the next two storms in the series. Best to pile up snow like a maniac and pack it down HARD, then pile more snow on that. Get it from the roads if you have to. Milder temps plus liquid hydrometeors can be defeated IF you develop a deep enough snowpack. Pile it up on the north side of sunlight blocking objects. I used to drive my late dad absolutely INSANE with my SAVE THE SNOW obsession back in the early 2010s. Pile it up like its never gonna snow ever again! Pack it down, walk on it, get that snow packed down, process it like a professional ski resort! Then pile even MORE dendrites on it! Man this is a National Emergency! I wish I could fly over there and help you guys! Save the snowpack! Save the Snowpack! I would give EVERYTHING I OWN, even my ascension into 5D in late 2028 (yeah I'm a Pleiadian Believer), in exchange for all three storms to be torrential HECS snows throughout the sub! With frigid Siberian airmasses and 40 mph northeasterlies!! Damn I HATE those last two storms after tomorrow/tomorrow night! But guys - SAVOR the snow Tuesday and Tuesday night! NO SLEEP TIL BROOKLYN!!!!

You lived in the B's, I was in Glendale. I used to live at 13802 Greenwood Drive in Glendale. You can see it today, those folks have put Texan stars all over the house. I lived there from 1970 to Aug 11, 2018.

Yep! I remember getting my first thermometer and keeping weather readings. I used to record the barometric pressure every five minutes all evening! And record the temp falling after a major front hoping for some snow! I had an EPIC supply of hopium all the time when I was a teen. I was even taking weather readings in Gar Field High in 1979! I got sent to the Main Office for drawing cross sections of cold fronts and warm fronts in class! Instead of doing my assignments. This was how I got to be called Weatherman in high school lmao.

Old? I remember when I used to call the number 361-7171 or 361-1212 to find out if it was cold enough to snow back in 1976. In Dale City. Used to listen to the Weather Radio hoping for snow. The only thing we had was the weather report on the TV in the evening. Man we are fracking SPOILED ROTTEN today!

When you all see this, YOU BETTER STOCK UP, on IPAs, tons of food, beer and a good supply of shovels and snowblowers. One way I know you are about to get obliterated by snow. It's gonna turn very cold down here in South Texas, too. The Pattern is changin, and the Mid Atlantic is going to get buried alive. In deep, frigid snows.

It's been steady state torrential snow all day long. Meanwhile in other news today......... South Central Texas hit 84 again along with a delightful 69 degree dewpoint. I was out having the times of my life pulling weeds and grasses in the yard. Some of the grasses in my moms yard are over a foot tall ---- and the mower is on the fritz. One other item - models have been hinting at another snow event in the Mid Atlantic, and you guys are gonna get it. Get those shovels and snowblowers ready. Winter ain't over yet in the Mid Atlantic!

Mammoth is just snowing and blowing. The Woolly Lot is becoming a total milkshake froth at times. 90 mph winds just blow that snow all over! There's a guy on a snow tractor getting all buffeted by intense blowing snow! He is clearing the new snow off the lot. More is coming down and is blowing like fracking crazy!!!!! At times, visibility is going to all hell! Its a gray wall! Those aggregates at Mammoth are getting big, in spite of the 90 mph hurricane gusts! This is a FANTASTIC STORM! However, that temperature is RISING. We may well end up with another SLOPFEST like that last storm. It's 31 now, and rising. This AR has a deep TROPICAL connection, and with Global Warming, its just too bad sometimes. You get a metric ton of moisture, and with it, the dreaded warm air blows right on in on shrieking 90 mph gusts. Then the flakes become slushy and the base lodge turns to a wind driven torrential RAIN that pools deep where there was once beautiful deep sparkly snow. Its Midnight at Mammoth and the Village is rain. You can see the water in steps people made in the snow, and the rain hitting it. Its 32 degrees and rising as massive tropical moisture is hosed upon the Sierra. It is still snowing and blowing at the Woolly Lot; the lights at the Main Lodge are out and you cant see anything. I'd say this is going to transition into a very sloppy, slushy storm overnight. Climate Change is real. So much warm air is being directed at the Sierra that cold storms are becoming rare. We got the moisture, at the expense of cold air for snow. Damn it to Hell!

Mammoth is getting demolished by snow right now!!! Winds to 55 mph and 27 inches of freshies tonight!!! Massive AR incoming!!!! those winds are blowing HARD! That snow is getting super heavy and blowing all over the place like that one blizzard last winter!
