Guess that cell that passed over Syosset caused issues for LIRR: Train service on the Port Jefferson Branch is suspended in both directions between Hicksville and Huntington due to signal trouble near Syosset. Use alternate branches where possible, including the Ronkonkoma Branch. Maintainers are en route.
