  1. 36 mph for gusts at both my wx stations, Muttontown @ 10:10 & Syosset @ 10:20 am.
  2. Yeah OKX dropped the ball on that one. Even commented on their freeze warning post on FB that upper 20s would happen in Nassau.
  3. 28.1 in Muttontown & 29.4 in Syosset for the morning lows.
  4. I have sleet mixing in with rain here in Syosset with temp of 38.
  5. DPs of 60-65 aren't pleasantly cool. A/C is on for that reason plus it's 69 at both my weather stations in Nassau County currently.
  6. I’m sure the pool at 82 nearby doesn’t help, but can’t win all the radiation cooling days, haha.
  7. Morning low of 36.1 in Muttontown & 36.7 in Syosset. Had frost on cars & rooftops in Syosset.

  9. Looks like a cold start to October, will the month end up below normal?
  10. He's 1 mile S of me off Jackson Ave, using the GPS coordinates in the PNS. I finished with 3.59" FWIW. I'm suspect a mile would make that much difference in QPF amounts.
