30 at my stations. I feel like everything is delayed by 2-3 weeks before we’ll be inundated with bugs, pollen, etc.

I’ll wait until inside 96hrs before getting hyped for warmth along coast here on LI. Hope the warmth doesn’t end up further W for Plains into Ohio Valley.

Pear trees are close to popping in Great Neck but haven’t yet. Curious if NYC has any trees with leaves starting.

Wind must have taken something down, as I’m on generator power now. Gusts have been in the mid 30s.

Can add my two stations to 60 for the high as well. Winds on S Shore with temp around 54 & no sun made it feel like the 40s this afternoon in Massapequa for my daughter’s flag football game.

Works for me, no planes around 2K feet on approach to 22L over my house.

Went from spring to winter real quick. 64 to currently 48 w/42 wind chill.

What is being cut at the NWS? I haven't seen or read anything specific that is being cut at NWS to date, just fear tweets so far.

Ground is frozen good. I was going to have some french drainage put in to alleviate leak in basement & contractor had said frost line was 10" down. I'm sure it's only a couple of inches now but need some more warmth before we see anything growing, I'd say going to be another couple of weeks with full sun before growth.

You get use to the humidity after a couple of years. I forced myself to acclimate to it, windows down and no a/c on in my car. Maybe the older you are the less you can handle it, so you avoid it all costs. I’m not there yet thankfully and my family makes fun of me since my perspective of humid is skewed.
