The early morning storms sat over Avon and here. Second round favored a little south. This round a little north this time, but cells should slide east and train over northern CT tonight.
If that Torrington/Winsted cell could get going, it could be your next severe warning. I'd favor Fairfield County for the next severe warning though. Atmosphere ahead of that cell in CT most be a bit tainted overall.
Not much wind or hail or really anything severe close to the surface. I think we just have a deceiving hook unless it can strengthen.

OK, now that cell is definitely a bit stronger west of Hartford. Rotation trying to get going, but the parameters do not blow me away for a spin up either.
