We had 6.9” of snow in December. Which is a few inches below our average. Not sure how much of that was sleet.

Accuweather has me getting 3 hours of a snow mix tonight. But it looks like Mags area gets a little, It’s more to western pa.
Gripe: 56 degrees yesterday and can’t even get out on the river fishing.
Ended up with .07” of rain. Far cry from what they was calling for.
31 degrees this morning and must have had some freezing rain overnight. This morning my whole truck was covered in ice.

Looks like the bulk of the rain coming from the Midwest is taking the Apps route. Looks like more showers than a soaker to my untrained eyes.

Last week 250 million people was below average temperatures. now this week 250 million people are above average temperatures .
Crazy weather!
I ended up with 3.9” front end snow. Approximately 2 inches of rain and pretty much all my snow pack is gone.
I don't know how you figure that all out.
My sump pump is sure getting a workout this morning.

I would be up for a couple cutters even. But that mixed slop is hard to clean up.

I seen that and wondering what they are looking at. Still plenty of time for the models to sort things.
A strong Bering Sea storm will bring heavy snow, gusty winds, coastal flooding and ice shoves to western Alaska.
How does that effect things??
Don’t rule out the Nam when it gets in range. It seems to have a nose for these huge storms.
