  1. Yea haven't been out but it looks like a mix of light snow and sleet. At 25 degrees now from 21.
  2. Yea the field in front of me and as far a can see south to up to Klinesville Rd still snow. The southern exposure always melts my yard faster in full sun.
  3. The hill behind me and most of my yard that has southern exposure is bare. Was 53 now 51.
  4. It may have been more. I measured when I realized it was sleeting so it may have compacted some.
  5. Had 4.3" before the brief change over to Sleet. Really compacting now.
  6. Ever since I have been here some go nuts 4 days out or more. It is more like the day before models get it down. Thought by now that would have got better but that is weather.
  7. Just curious but if you are loaded and then canceled say power out at destination on last load do you have to dump the water. I assume you would if below freezing or a certain temp.
  8. Had a high of 36 for a while now, down to 33. Hope the ZR is limited until the warm up. At least the temps today warmed some objects up a little and it is foggy here also.
  9. Your really close to me. I am at the top of Chickies hill back a lane off Klinesville Rd.
  10. Very light wind and I have a open field in front of my house. Even if it was it is 32 degrees so snow on the ground is heavy now.
  11. Yea ABC27 finally updated totals at noon. They were stuck on 4-8. WGAL 8 has been saying 8-12 for days.
  12. I never had much faith in the Harrisburg stations forecast.
  13. The sleet compressed it to around 4 overnight but picked around 2 in last hour or so thump.
  14. WGAL 8 still has 8-12, WHTM 27 still with 4-8. WHTM is usually on the low side.
  15. About the same here went from mod to light now. Edit: As soon as I posted it went to Mod lol
  16. The three 6PM locals were all over the place in total. WGAL had the most at 8-12 in Lancaster and have been the most accurate in the past.
  17. Still stuck at 32. More of a glaze then i expected, the warm air is taking its time. The passing car headlights really highlight it.
  18. Actually I was off that day but heard it on the scanner and heard about it the next shift. That guy should had have gotten out of there the day before. It Always floods there. He was a drunk. It was was at riverfront park and he rented it from the twp. It was torn down now and made part of the park. You were right the road to it is right at what was Cargill.
  19. Good there is little ice upstate. 96 had a lot of ice involved. I lived along the river in York Co (across from Marietta) and watched boats coming down. House was on high ground so stopped short but had huge ice chunks till late spring in front.
  20. Seems like the heavy rain has been in upper sus valley and NY state where they had the most snow. All that is coming down here to LSV. It would be much worse if not for the low river levels. Not related but what was the year of the big Ice storm 8 or so years ago. I lost power for 2 1/2 day.
  21. I saw WGAL joe met keep saying it is a Nor'easter but different. Now I see why. Usually North and West Pa. misses out. Not this time. I saw 3 feet of wet snow in the early 90's at my parents cabin in Huntington Co. and no power so I can't imagine in the 40 inch range. Hopefully it was powder.
