  1. not a flake. but running in 14F v -6F was noticeably more enjoyable
  2. -6 here for the morning dog run. no wind though.
  3. One more good rain and the rink will be full without having to pump any water from the pond. NNE silver linings:)
  4. 2" overnight up here on the fringe Light snow now. 20F
  5. heavy snow globe, 22F. A new 1" to cover our heavy dusting from yesterday.

  8. First time in 20 years I switched the tractor over to the snow thrower without my finger tips going numb
  9. 2.5” overnight up here, on top of the quick 1” yesterday First morning hearing the the town truck coming up the hill pushing snow
  10. Run through the white trail guards this morning on Jay. 3” on the top.
  11. Westmore report. Going, going, ....
  12. Spent the weekend walking the ridgeline in the distance. Northwoods Stewardship Center did a great job working the Kingdom Heritage trail through some deep woods. The Moose Rut is kicking in. Bumped this fella early on and spent Saturday night listening to cows calling for bulls. It is incredibly dry, only a couple spots with running water over our 20 mile walk

  15. 92F at 2 here, felt like an oven, thankful there won’t be another 3-4 months of that feeling. on the positive, super beautiful sunrise run with the dog in our woods today

  17. In and out of the squalls now. Nothing shocking, a few inches up high

  19. No, it is one of my favorite places to ride my bike. Endless, quiet dirt roads. It is a special place, like being on a VT plateau. The highlands of VT! I am a few hills away In Newport Center
  20. Daily lunch 1.5 mile lunch walk with my daughter and the dog in wind driven rain/44F, fitting for the end of this month. No complaints though, 60 felt amazing yesterday and the first seeds are in the ground Holland VT yesterday
  21. Went for a bike ride today. Realized we will go through March without a decent snowfall up here(6+). Times are certainly strange
  22. Only a couple inches up here J. Still made for decent Gilpin turns. maybe the earliest I have seen our tulips popping
  23. I was impressed with 60 here and running the pup in a T shirt. Might be even more impressed with 53 and rain at 10pm in the first half of March. Could hear the trees running up here
