That is actually the rt 100 valley, looking south toward Eden Almost a full inversion this morning. It was clouds above,below, and occasionally in them. Memphremagog is frozen only in it’s South Bay this far, still plenty of open water .

As a cruel end to a curious hunting season, it began to snow at 3 up here. The woods were brittle today, but offered some more December like feels The ice was remarkable solid considering how soggy things were on Wednesday Time to ski! .

Newark, looking up to the gap. Been an incredible run of sunsets lately. First full frost for us on the hill this morning. Had a great summer, but this is the best. Not sure I could live anywhere else this time of year .

Spring schedules. trading the early morning powder harvests for the afternoon corn harvest. It always looks good when the chores get done before leaving for the mountain
