  1. That squall line is bowed out! I fear I'm too far east for the brunt of it.
  2. That family cleans up with the $1 "toll" to cross that bridge.
  3. Idk, before moving to Florida a couple years ago my parents sold a 2 family in really rough shape for $780k. Really rough shape....new owners completely gutted it and redid from top to bottom inside and out. I cant even imagine what they're into it all together.
  4. Oh yeah. I might have misunderstood that...sorry if that's the case. Flagstaff and Boone,NC are ideal retirement locales IMO. Here's Flagstaff monthly's.
  5. Not at all. It's better than that (330 is too much summer) and has quite cool summers.
  6. Sign me up. That was an epic 15 minutes.
  7. Rain, sleet, maybe a few mangled flakes. Car tops sleety. Salt accumulation is significant.
  8. Such a waste of money too. Yeah it works in a marginal situation but when you get a real snowstorm salt doesnt do much.
  9. It's not a big deal in the Boros or LI, I personally love a nice sleet storm because it doesn't melt. Way less impactful than zr. Going to get washed away even if we get a more prolonged sleet than expected.
  10. Already washing some of that salt away. Rain with a few pellets.
  11. 26° and pouring will be an interesting night and morning.
  12. Not much of a surprise. I'd always bet on early arrival in these setups.
  13. I'd be worried about icing north and west. Some guidance showing an inch of freezing rain? Would be devastating to people expecting your run of the mill system under a WWA.
  14. Shocker. But that is plausible before a changeover.
  15. @Enigma why are you confused? Even your "important" panels are days away.
  16. I'm not saying there isn't a storm signal, that's obvious, but it's fantasy land to me. Reality won't be remotely close to what's modeled this far out. The next run won't probably won't be close.
  17. Fantasy range storm is a southern slider on the 0z GFS. Mid range is a rainout.
  18. Today's 12z Euro was definitely more of what we want to see. Much weaker wave which we often over perform holding on to cold air.
