    Agree on all points. Leesburg 04 scenario is exactly what we want. I’m feeling good about this winter which is not far away now.

    NOAA predicts warmer than normal in our region..wetter as well. We shall see. I have gotten used to warmer than normal temps. Almost expected. It’s a crap chute.

    Seems like above normal is the new normal for temps in the MA. Might be my perception but CPC outlooks are almost always AN no matter when you click on them. 8-14 AN...3-4 week outlook AN...monthly AN. October is the new September.

    My rain is a bit wetter than it was earlier. Huge golf ball sized rain drops. Roads caved with puddles forming quickly. 34
