I reported it a bit ago in Spotsy and thought I was delusional. I heard a couple good rumbles though.

Best snow I’ve seen this winter. Half an inch accumulation on the deck. Definitely an over performer compared to what I thought I would see. *I know I just heard a rumbling of thunder.

Icing on the cake. I had already come to terms with the last flakes, being the last of the season. We take the win.

It says it’s 39 degrees and snow has started falling in Spotsy. That makes this a win in my book.

What brings you to a weather forum?

I am not sure what would have just caused this, but about half an hour ago it got super windy here. The gusts were so strong it just took a large tree out in my front yard. Now it is back to calmer winds. But it was definitely crazy there for a few minutes.

Have changed over to all snow, like others, huge clumpy flakes here.

Starting to see some flakes mix in Spotsy 50/50 mix at this point. Scratch that, just as quick as they started more flakes than rain.

I was just watching this on radar. Wondering myself.

Yeah, I wish I was going to see more snow, but this is a fun one to watch evolve. I’m excited to see what kind of beast this storm turns into.

About 20 years ago, I ended up in a crazy norlun band up in Jersey. It wasn’t forecasted and we got an additional 8-10 inches. The weather warnings were playing catch up all night. This is the feature I am hoping for the most.

That’s ok, if we get slop, we get slop. Some of us just like seeing snow falling from the sky. I make the best of it
