  1. Well it only makes sense that the season goes above average when you get extra snow in a time period not typically known for significant snow.
  2. I bottomed out at -1. -45 would be a bit too chilly.
  3. My forecast was 8-12", gonna need a couple inches from these last couple bands to get to 8"
  4. Got 6" or so here. My first "real" snow experience after moving from Maryland and the fact schools didn't close is such a wonderful thing. In MD they'd close for an inch of snow, or even the threat of snow.
  5. The good stuff seemed to stay a bit further south and west than forecast with a pretty sharp cutoff. MBY got 3" of the 5-8" forecast, yet they got double that 8 miles south.
  6. I'm not sure that's a good outlook for snow lovers.
  7. AA county already has a 2 hour delay for tomorrow
  8. Haven't had any real heavy snow today, but after shoveling for a 2nd time, I got more this afternoon than I thought
  9. It's officially a double shovel storm. Haven't had one of those in quite a while
  10. Finally getting some rates that match the yellows overhead.
  11. I'm underneath yellow returns, yet they're the tiniest of flakes
  12. I'm jealous. No accumulation here since probably 11am
  13. Another big band coming through DC. Can this one survive the trip into AA county?
  14. Been nothing but flurries or at best light snow so far this afternoon. That good stuff to the SW just doesn't want to make it here
  15. Very light snow here. I'll be impressed if another inch falls. Seems the good stuff is just a bit south and west
  16. Radar looks good overhead, but it's superfine flakes
  17. So this is the part where it stops snowing and we have to be patient for radar to look pretty again? I hate this part.
  18. HRRR still wants to keep snow around until late this evening
  19. Radar still looks healthy enough to get into that forecast 6-8" range for MBY
