  1. Wind wind go away. I mean if it was raining or snowing I wouldn't be complaining, but this extended wind is getting annoying
  2. Euro is back on board with a back to back storms early next week. The GFS hasn't been too impressed the last couple runs though (which may be a good thing with its lollies)
  3. Gotta love the GFS. 6z had a foot or more for the entire NE quadrant of CO over the next 10 days 12z has no snow over the next 10 days
  4. This one was tough to measure, but I'm going to go with 10". SOmeone reported 12" a few miles SSW of me, but I can't justify that with anything I'm measuring
  5. After getting 0.2" of rain (which is the most I've gotten since like June), I got at least 7" of snow overnight. That storm next week is going to annoy me if it turns out big because I'll be out of town.
  6. ANd as soon as I post that, NWS updates it again
  7. NAM is now in range and it sees a juicy storm, too.
  8. The semi-annual reminder that model runs are now an hour later with DST in place.
  9. That run would have meant nearly 1" per hour rates for over 24 hours. 0z said "just kidding" but 6z keeps the idea of something plowable end of next week
  10. Got lucky with that heavy cell that went through last night. Got about 2.5" in under 2 hours. We'll see if models today are correct for another 2-3"
  11. So after 6 days below freezing, now we get a week of temps in the 50/60s. Then snow after that. Gotta love Colorado winters
  12. 2.7" is about what I got, too. I haven't been above freezing since Monday afternoon.
  13. This will be a frustrating storm east of 25. Cold and cloudy for several days, yet little snow
  14. Looks like a real nice week of snow for the mountains but not much east of the foothills
  15. Another snowfall bust. I was firmly in the 4-6" forecast range, mustered 3" The low temp busted too. Low of 10, it's 2.3 right now.
  16. I'm in the small portion of Parker that spills over into Elbert County
  17. Another minor storm here, 3" Still no single storms over 5" yet
  18. Looks like yet another storm where the snow blower stays in the garage
  19. The gradients on this one will be frustrating. It could go from a foot to nearly nothing in a matter of miles.
