  1. The semi-annual reminder that model runs are now an hour later with DST in place.
  2. That run would have meant nearly 1" per hour rates for over 24 hours. 0z said "just kidding" but 6z keeps the idea of something plowable end of next week
  3. Got lucky with that heavy cell that went through last night. Got about 2.5" in under 2 hours. We'll see if models today are correct for another 2-3"
  4. So after 6 days below freezing, now we get a week of temps in the 50/60s. Then snow after that. Gotta love Colorado winters
  5. 2.7" is about what I got, too. I haven't been above freezing since Monday afternoon.
  6. This will be a frustrating storm east of 25. Cold and cloudy for several days, yet little snow
  7. Looks like a real nice week of snow for the mountains but not much east of the foothills
  8. Another snowfall bust. I was firmly in the 4-6" forecast range, mustered 3" The low temp busted too. Low of 10, it's 2.3 right now.
  9. I'm in the small portion of Parker that spills over into Elbert County
  10. Another minor storm here, 3" Still no single storms over 5" yet
  11. Looks like yet another storm where the snow blower stays in the garage
  12. The gradients on this one will be frustrating. It could go from a foot to nearly nothing in a matter of miles.
  13. This next storm looks like a foothills special.
  14. GFS is now pretty meh on the storm next week for NE CO.
  15. 2.5" here. 5.5" for the week, finally over 12" for the season.
  16. Just eyeballing it I'd be surprised if I got past 2" Still under 10" for the season
  17. School districts south of Denver really jumped the gun on delays. The worst of it now will be right when the buses start to go pick up kids. Had they stuck with a normal opening, there'd have been no impact.
  18. I moved from the mid Atlantic in summer 2019. 2009-2010 remains the best (50" of snow in one week) but since then we'd be lucky to get one good storm (8"+) per season
  19. Managed to pull a bit over an inch from that due to getting under a band. Better than i was expecting. Though the low temp of 4 degrees predicted is already a bust high, -2 degrees right now
  20. Dewpoint still 13 degrees here, though snow isn't supposed to start until later anyway.
