    Yeah I mean this storm starts late Friday night. It's less than 48 hours away. There will likely be some small adjustments, but you'd have to be right on the coast unless it changes quite a bit in these runs in a few hours to be worth a chase.

    From 2010-2020 there was only 1 month at KBUF with more than 50" of snow and that was Jan of 2019 with 63.4" January of 2022 is at 51.3" not counting todays and Fridays snow. We have a chance at a top 5 January if this next even over performs.

    Looking at the first post in this thread and wow everything played out as I posted, just thought it would be region wide not just WNY.     Yeah we're in that heavy return right now 2" per stuff, wont last long though but the band looks to be expanding to the SW.

    NAM, ICON, and RGEM all pretty far east. Still a few days out but the trend has been there for awhile. Similar to our storm and the NW trend a few days prior.

    Hey look the NAM jumped 300 miles in one run. I wouldnt worry yet, but the trend is there.

    Sometimes we take our lakes for granted, not many people get to see so many micro climates like we do here in the winter. How cool is this

    Euro followed and went further SE. GFS really has been leading the way all winter. Actually the next frame puts it back at BM, good storm for Boston

    Yeah Tuesday-Thursday next week look upper 30s-mid 40s with some potential rain. After that it looks to get colder than normal for awhile.
