  1. April is the worst month. Too cold to do stuff outside and too warm for snow, the absolute worst.
  2. Most March storms don't have snow last long as average temps by mid/late March are in the 40s. You need to move up to the Keeweenaw peninsula/Northern Maine/New Hampshire to get the winter you're after east of the rockies.
  3. Dave is right though, some of our biggest snowstorms come in March. Lets not forget the biggest snowstorm in the last century came in the middle of March.
  4. You’ve had 6 weeks of snow cover, you wanted snow over and you got it. When you want high snow total years you have to ride the edge sometimes tainting and risking cutters. That’s my type of pattern. If you want good snow cover you have to enjoy the suppressive track. One out of probably 10 winters you’ll end up getting the best of both worlds. 2013-2014 was the last one.
  5. Could care less about snow depth. Nothing beats this and anyone saying otherwise is lying to themselves. Jeb walks of all Jeb walks. https://youtu.be/imS2v8NeW5o
  6. They are 95% of the time the warmest place in NYS. They've hit 100 degrees more than anyone I believe.
  7. Was just using KBUFs reading. Probably quite a few mid 40s out of sunshine readings.
  8. You know winter is getting near its end when you post a 384 GFS Kuch map and get this
  9. Look at WAT temp log last month thats cold. 7 days with -20 or lower lows. https://forecast.weather.gov/product.php?site=BUF&issuedby=ART&product=CF6&format=CI&version=2&glossary=0
  10. I feel like its been cold here this month but than I check stats and we're +1.1 lol
  11. My dog has been sitting in the sun all morning. I think hes ready for the warmth and sun.
  12. They're building so many homes in Hamburg its tough to find any open undeveloped land. When I moved here 10 years ago there was nothing here. https://wyrk.com/buffalo-most-affordable-city/?fbclid=IwAR3BdmZnYDC92xD5v6rAdbZcLtRVqzZ97hdnhXWYJWOIeffZbGnP7oQCv70 Buffalo was recently named the "America's Most Affordable City To Live In" according extraspace.com.
