Heres a little clip from my Mt. Marshall hike last weekend. Sorry for the excessive breathing it was really steep. I will be putting together a 20-30 minute video after I complete all 46 later this year. I have clips from all my hikes and all the different people I climbed them with. This part of the trail was broken out, many others were not.

There is nothing wrong with taking a week off. It would be more helpful than anything, your body needs time to heal. Especially being true if doing really intense workouts. Even more so as you get older.

Even though I love the snow/winter I suffer a little from SAD. To combat this I go tanning once a week during the mid winter season. Yes I know its bad for me but I feel amazing when I walk out of there in mid winter. Also important to supplement vitamin D.

My next door neighbor and her 2 sons are going out to Oklahoma for a week of chasing the 2nd week of May. Hopefully we get some good conditions that week for severe.

Lake Erie also keeps us cool this time of year. =/

East side of Sandy Creek or NE Altmar. If you want to be closer to Syracuse than Parish is probably best spot. But they don't get hit with the big LES events like Pulaski, Sandy Creek, and Altmar do. I mean Parish does, but not as commonplace as places further N/NE. If you're moving just for snow, ask Carol to put up a shed next to her place in N Redfield.
