  2. Going with 3" for mby between both events. I picked up more when it wasn't even forecasted a few days ago.
  3. This explains the entire winter. Our only hope is the -EPO, but expect lots of cutters and hits the next few weeks. Little to no arctic air. Gradient type pattern locked in.

  5. Lake erie is warmest it's ever been for todays date.
  6. That was the worst winter in Buffalos record keeping history, including when they kept records along the lake shore pre 1940. That is a once in a century type year.

  8. Pacific has been controlling the lower 48 all winter, like a strong El Nino.
  9. They've received 109" and do much better with snowfall retention at 2000' feet, but yes they've made a lot of snow at night.
  10. Buffalo finished at +8.1 for January and -18.8" for snowfall to date.

  14. Wolf, that's a strengthening high pressure sinking south. I think the models are having trouble handling it.
