82/72 for my morning run in Takoma Park. In this weather I can notch about 4 miles feeling decent and then my body is like nahhhhhhh.

97/72 or 96/73 in Takoma Park depending on which station you like, that’s about as hot as it’s been here in the last few summers.

Euro has wall to wall heat this run, mid to upper 90s with some 100s sprinkled in.

Mine too. I wonder if now that the heat is finally here it’ll get back on track.

Pretty comfortable out, dews back in the mid 60s.

Surprisingly I was able to see that comet at 10 pm from Takoma Park/Silver Spring. I had to use binoculars because of the streetlights though.

Euro has a pretty hot airmass starting Friday of this week, well into the 90s daily with DP's in the 70s.

But also as an older guy (mid 30s) with two young kids who are up and active early I can't really afford to drink too much anymore. Plus I like to sneak a run in before my kids are awake so that means I have to be awake extra early.

I feel the alcohol the most the next day when I drink high ABV beers. I actually find a glass of whiskey or two to not really have any adverse affects the way beer does. Nothing scientific to back that up of course.

PWSs are a tad cooler in Alexandria it seems compared to yesterday at this time, seems like it’s gonna be closer than yesterday. In related news this is one of the nicest July days you can ask for. Went running in rock creek this morning and for once wasn’t TOTALLY soaked 2 miles in.

87 at 1pm and most stations in Alexandria look to be 88-90. With full sunshine you'd think we do it.

Yeah I’m a little disappointed in how this heat is shaping up. Was hoping for some triple digit stuff, looks more like run of the mill low to mid 90s.

That’s pretty cool. I like to do some manual labor in short stints but I don’t think I’m built for the heat, I’d melt out there trying to carry stuff around when it’s 99/75.

I think we’re gonna do it today, it’s already 85-86 at the wunderground stations around DCA.

Oh yeah euro has 102 for dc next Thursday and then 100, 101 on the weekend.

Euro still likes some big heat middle to end of next week. Upper 90s Wednesday and Thursday.

Man, running when it’s 82/74 just isn’t fun no matter how slow you go.

Dews 73-75, sweating 10 minutes into my walk outside, now THATS what I’m talking about.

Yeah dews are 67-69 here, I wouldn’t mind some nice 92 dewpoint 75 kinda stuff next week.
