Can't remember if it was 2009/10 or 10/11 that it was just snow squalls, snow showers, le snow like every single afternoon or night in nnj. Was a cold ass winter too.

Freezing rain coated everything at my job in Mahwah. Love sliding down sidewalks trying to get into a building. -

Winds are absolutely howling up here in Mahwah. Looks like its snowing but its all the dried up rock salt getting blown all over.

First time in a long time the hackensack river frozen over shore to shore in hackensack, nj. Thick pieces too along the banks. Lake by my house frozen solid. Been years since this happened.

Are gulf effect snow squall even a thing if it's that cold down there?

Maybe 4" max at home, a lot settled. Amazes me how it's melting in 19" temps.

Approaching about 4" in little ferry, nj

Cleaned roughly 3.5-4" of snow off my truck leaving work. Hugeeee difference in snowfall rates once I got south to about Paramus, nj. Up around Franklin lakes it was very difficult to see while driving. I hot mayyybe 2 inches at home in little ferry. Boxer puppy absolutely loved the snow in the backyard!

Hasn't let up for hours. Our sidewalks were cleared and treated and they are covered up already after an hour. Im going to find a ruler to attempt measurements.

Treated roads and lots are now covered up good here in Mahwah. Snow coming down very heavy.

33 and heavy snow in Mahwah. Salted lots are now getting covered up. Kinda glad its not accumulated as much as i thought it would yesterday. Drive home in a few hours should be much easier.

Sunshine gone, low level clouds moved in from the NNE. Looking forward to this snow. Got the snow blower started for first time in 2 years.
